Complete this form to request a new user access to your organization in the PGLS Interpretation Platform.
The PGLS Interpretation Department will process your request, at which time the new user will receive an email invitation to join and create a password. Once complete, the account is activated and the new user is able to begin using PGLS services.
All platform training materials will be provided upon account activation, and should the new user require additional training they can coordinate a time with a PGLS Team Member.
